Cut a little over a quarter of a cabbage then thinly chop the cabbage, shredded style.
In a pan sautee 1 chopped yellow pepper and half a package of Upton's Naturals Chirozo Seitan. Use enough oil where you can hear that slight frying sound.
Get yellow pepper and chorizo seitan incorporated evenly and then add shredded cabbage.
Cooked filling, cabbage still has a lil bite to it because it will cook more during the egg roll frying process.
Spoon mix into middle of egg roll wrapper.
Start your roll, Fold bottom flap and slightly tuck.
Fold both sides towards the middle, sealing the sides by dampening the edges with your finger along the edges.
Egg Roll should look similar to an envelope type of look.
