Prep all your ingredients. Chop carrots and cucumber match stick style. Slice a half of avocado and season lightly with sea salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

- Step 1: Place a spoonful of rice (rice is seasoned also), in the middle of the egg roll wrapper.
- Step 2: Place a Layer of avocado on top of rice, spread evenly.
- Step 3: Place cut pieces of carrots on top of avocado, lay evenly.
- Step 4: Place cut pieces of cucumber on top of carrots, lay evenly.
- Step 5: Fry Egg Rolls in enough oil, so that it covers half the egg roll, keep temperature at medium high for even cooking.
- Step 6- Slice It or Bite It!!! Time To Enjoy!!!
The Verdict
Hit y'all! This familiar taste was a excellent combination for the crispy goodness of egg rolls and the delicateness of sushi. The carrots still had a lil crisp to them and the avocado was warm an complimented the rice well. To top it off the cucumber added a delightful hint of freshness!
